01 / The concept
The game is not a prop.
Dice & Desire only works if the campaign is worth following on its own. The adult content is a layer on top of real play — it does not replace characters, choices, danger, comedy, or consequences.
Different ceilings coexist.
Explicit participation is negotiated per performer and per scene. Nobody is held to someone else's limit.
A reason to come back.
Episodes are chapters in an unfolding story, not isolated clips wearing a campaign costume.
The ensemble stays visible.
The show should deepen attachment to the cast while supporting each creator's own identity and audience.

The short version.
Is this actually a tabletop campaign?
Yes. An original, continuing story with real characters, real dice, and consequences that carry between episodes. The game is the foundation, not a decorative excuse for unrelated content.
Is it actually explicit?
Yes. Dice & Desire is an 18+ production and adult content is a baseline feature rather than an occasional bonus. What that means in any given scene is negotiated with the performers in it.
How does consent work on set?
Every performer documents their own limits before joining, scene by scene where needed, and can revise them at any time — including mid-session. Nothing is recorded without written consent, and no support goal, audience request, or payment can override a stated boundary.
Is explicit participation required to be cast?
No. Participation is granular and performer-specific. Different cast members can and will have different ceilings, and that is designed into the format rather than worked around.
How long are episodes, and how often?
The current working target is roughly 25–40 minutes per released chapter, cut around natural story beats rather than a timer. Twice weekly is the cadence we're testing — Pilot Zero will tell us whether that's genuinely sustainable.
What is Pilot Zero?
A private, unreleased test session. It exists to check chemistry, comfort, technology, pacing, and editing workflow before any public production. It is not published.
Where will it be available, and what will it cost?
The primary model is a subscription to the serialized campaign. The platform and pricing aren't locked yet — the community Discord is where that gets announced first.
When does it launch?
No date yet. The project is in pre-production and the remaining gates are casting, Pilot Zero, and production testing. Join the Discord if you want to know the moment that changes.
Are performers paid?
Compensation and revenue-sharing terms are being finalised alongside casting and will be agreed in writing with every performer before any recorded session. If you're considering applying, ask us directly — we'd rather answer that early than late.
